• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements for software projects.
• Integrated Environments Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of how professional displays contribute to user experiences in integrated environments, ensuring software solutions optimize on-premises and remote capabilities.
• Defining Success: Establish and track key success criteria for products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
• Process Analysis: Analyze and document existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with software capabilities.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the software development team and business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including user stories, workflows, use cases, and process maps.
• Solution Design Support: Partner with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs while considering technical feasibility and scalability.
• Change Management: Support the implementation of new processes or systems, including conducting impact assessments, training, and user adoption strategies.
• Agile Practices: Work within Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Quality Assurance: Assist in validating software deliverables, ensuring they meet business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor and assess the performance of implemented solutions and recommend enhancements to maximize business value.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software development or IT environment.
  • Proven track record of successful collaboration with development teams and stakeholders on software projects.
  • Experience with IoT software is a must.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and creating user stories.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Figma, Balsamiq or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and data modeling is a plus.
